When your beef goes to the butcher on January 21, 2025, we will invoice you the amount of your second payment, $274 plus any additional variable amount which will be dependent on the weight of the whole carcass. Your beef will be ready about four weeks after the butcher date.

Our Texas Longhorn cattle live their lives on pasture and are supplemented during dormant seasons with grass hay that we cut and bale ourselves. Our cattle roam unconfined in our pastures, grazing the native Colorado grasses, and are never fed or treated with antibiotics or steroids. Our cattle are AGA Certified lifetime 100% Grassfed and grass-finished, USDA or State-exempt harvested and hand butchered. Meat is vacuum sealed plastic wrapped unless paper wrapped is requested prior to cut and wrap.

A deposit is essential for us to get to work raising your beef. It helps cover the upfront expenses such as land ownership or lease, insurance, equipment and maintenance, minerals, fencing, veterinary care, transportation, marketing costs, labor and time that are necessary to raise and process the beef in the right way. Because of this tremendous investment, the *deposit is non-refundable*

No custom sections for cuts on quarter beef. Our butcher does not allow for customization on bulk beef for anything smaller than a half/side of beef. We will choose a nice selection of standard cuts which may include roasts, steaks, stew, ribs, ground, bones, fat, and offal/organ meat.

We also offer delivery to your door for a small fee. $0.70/mile from either our farm or our freezer storage (whichever is closest to you). Minimum delivery fee = $15. We readily deliver within El Paso County. Contact us if you are outside of El Paso County to see what kind of delivery availability we may be able to accommodate.

***Disclaimer: We apologize, but because we don’t know how you store your beef once you get it home, we are not able to accept returns. We also don’t know all the details on how you cook the beef, and therefore cannot offer a refund. We do understand that purchasing bulk beef is a significant investment, and we will provide you with our tips and tricks to cooking grassfed beef. If you are unfamiliar with cooking and consuming grassfed beef, we suggest you start by purchasing small quantities to test before you make a large investment.
