Our Texas Longhorn cattle live their lives on pasture and are supplemented during dormant seasons with grass hay that we cut and bale ourselves.

This deposit is essential for us to get to work raising your beef. It helps cover the labor, time, and upfront costs necessary to raise and process the beef in the right way. Because of this investment, the *deposit is non-refundable* 

Weight: ~ 44 - 62 lbs meat packaged weight

Price/lb (hanging weight) : $7.25/lb

Our quarter beef sells for $7.25 per hanging lb (the weight the carcass hangs in the butchers cooler before it is processed into cuts). This is NOT finished weight. Our price includes the carcass processing and delivery to our freezer storage in Colorado Springs. On average an assorted beef box (1/8 beef) will have a hanging weight between 62 - 90 lbs, but on occasion, we may have larger carcasses up to 75 - 100 lbs hw.

Estimated average remaining balance due at pickup/delivery: ~$250 - $450

Final amount will be calculated and invoiced to you right before we make arrangements to get your beef to you.

Heritage Belle Farms AGA Certified Grassfed Texas Longhorn cattle play an important role in our holistic planned rotational grazing model. Our cattle roam unconfined in our pastures, grazing the native Colorado grasses, and are never fed or treated with antibiotics or steroids. Our cattle are AGA Certified lifetime 100% Grassfed and grass-finished, USDA or State-exempt harvested and hand butchered. Meat is vacuum sealed plastic wrapped unless paper wrapped is requested prior to cut and wrap.

No custom sections for cuts on assorted beef boxes. Our butcher does not allow for customization on bulk beef for anything smaller than a half/side of beef. We will choose a nice selection of standard roasts, steaks, stew, ribs, ground, bones, fat, and offal/organ meat.

Or we can delivered to your door for a small fee. $0.67/mile from either our farm or our freezer storage (whichever is closest), minimum delivery fee = $20. We readily deliver within El Paso County. Contact us if you are outside of El Paso County to see what kind of delivery availability we may be able to accommodate.

**Disclaimer: Because we don’t know how you store your beef once you get it home, we apologize, but are not able to accept returns. We also don’t know all the details on how you cook the beef, and therefore cannot offer a refund. We do understand that purchasing bulk beef is a significant investment, and we will provide you with our tips and tricks to cooking grassfed beef. If you are unfamiliar with cooking and consuming grassfed beef, we suggest you start by purchasing small quantities to test before you make a large investment.
